Rewards can be rejected for the following reasons:
They did not meet the Reward Criteria that you specified.
They did not meet the Fraud Criteria that you specified.
The customer was added to your Blacklist before the reward was evaluated.
To view the specific reason a reward was rejected, navigate to Referral & Sharing → Rewards. Under the Reward Details column, click on "More" to view the reason for rejection. If you would like to approve a rejected reward as a courtesy for your customer, you may do so by clicking on "Override Rejection" under the "Status" column
