Widget Code Upgrade to a CDN
We've upgraded many older accounts' widget javascript to a CDN (Content Delivery Network).
While many more newly onboarded customers' widget HTML and CSS files have been hosted within a CDN for some time now, we recently made a bulk update to take effect for all customers. This is part of an ongoing effort to enhance widget performance and load times. Expect faster widgets within the next month or so, as the process is gradual, but a formal release announcement will follow!
Alert to Customer Success Team if Conversion Tracker isn't tracking (Enterprise Accounts)
Instrumentation has been added to send a notification to our Customer Success Management team when the conversion tracker hasn't tracked a conversion event within the past day, as this could signal an error with javascript or API integration, to be fixed quickly.
