Look up users by email to view referral and conversion history, or a unique referral code to view and block suspicious activity. You can access this page in Friendbuy at Settings > Referral Management > User Lookup.
When searching by Advocate Email Address, the report will return a list of all referral by referral code for that advocate, as well as the corresponding widget, channel, and number of conversions for each referral code. For email shares, view the recipient(s). Click 'View' when Conversions are present on a referral, to quickly jump to those conversion details in the Conversions report.
When searching by Referral Code, the report will return the associated Advocate's email address, as well as the corresponding widget, channel, and number of conversions with link to 'View' for that specific referral code.
You can add email addresses and referral codes to their respective blacklists directly from the search results by clicking the 'Block' link within the search results, searching by either criteria.
To remove an email address or referral code from a blacklist, you can simply click the 'Unblock' link, or remove them directly from the Advocate Blacklist or Referral Code Blacklist pages.
