Manually Mark Coupon as Distributed
If there is any reason a customer support representative would like to distribute a single-use coupon code directly to a referring Advocate or referred Friend:
- Go to Coupons, select a Coupon Bank.
- Click 'Available' filter, if needed
- Select the button next to an available coupon and click the 'Mark Coupon as Distributed' button
- Input the recipient email to mark coupon as used, and date given (if not today's date)
Note: in current state, adding recipient to a specific coupon will not automatically send an email template, this feature is meant to support on-the-fly service (i.e. over the phone).
