Rewards can be rejected for the following reasons:

  • They did not meet the Reward Criteria that you specified.
  • They did not meet the Fraud Criteria that you specified.
  • The customer was added to your Blacklist before the reward was evaluated.

To view the specific reason a reward was rejected, navigate to Referral & Sharing → Rewards.  Under the Reward Details column, click on "More" to view the reason for rejection.  If you would like to approve a rejected reward as a courtesy for your customer, you may do so by clicking on "Override Rejection" under the "Status" column
